People always trust the recommendations of a third party to have a neutral opinion / recommendations. The automated recommendations are trying to exploit this instinct to promote their ads.

Conversational strategy is an extended version of conventional oral marketing, but digitally. Users like to get personalized conversation to know more about products and services. The real time connection could boost sales from leads. This also creates a strong customer bond by providing immediate response. Conversational marketing is effective, in the sense as it is a feedback driven model.
